Imagine an island located in the Southern Pacific Ocean dominated by intense scenery, white sand beaches and deep green 12,000 ft tall mountains. An island whose dollar is equal to the US dollar and contained in a land mass the size of California. If you can dream it, you can see it, all wrapped up in New Zealand. For 2 weeks in June, 2008, we will meet in Auckland for some golf and relaxation, then we will board one of the most luxurious Italian cruise ships, on the oceans today the 6 star Silver Whisper. We will visit numerous ports of call in New Zealand and Australia and even find time for some golf after the cruise disembarks in Australia. The beautiful inland holes wind through marsh, forest and farmland. | | Cape Kidnappers Golf Course | Cape Kidnappers is not true links terrain, with the wrinkles of sand dunes; instead the land tilts toward the sea as a series of ridges jutting out toward the edge of the cliffs.
